Privacy policy

Account data: email address, display name, profile picture, language preference. Only you see this, and we do, to run the service.

Professional profile: name or company name, introduction, contact details, operating areas, specialties, reference projects. You enter this yourself and it is public.

Reviews: score, text, transaction type and year, town. A review is public, together with the author’s display name.

Proof: the contract or invoice you upload. It is never public; only a moderator sees it, and only while checking it.

Account data to provide the service, on the basis of performing our agreement with you.

The professional profile on the basis of your consent — you created it, and you can withdraw it.

Reviews on the basis of legitimate interest: public, genuine experience of property services is a matter of public interest and hard for a reader to obtain elsewhere.

Account data until you delete the account.

A public review for as long as it is on the site. A removed review is retained for a limited period to document the moderation decision.

Uploaded proof is deleted once the check is complete.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, and — within the limits of the bases above — erasure.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will then weigh your interest against the public interest and give you a reasoned decision.

You may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or go to court.

The service runs on Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage) and Vercel (hosting).
