Ingatlanmérce is a hosting platform: we make profiles and reviews submitted by users available. The person who submits content is responsible for whether it is true.

We are not a party to any property transaction, and we give no estate agency, legal or financial advice.

Registration requires a real email address, which must be confirmed. One person uses one account.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may only create a profile about yourself or a business you represent. Creating a profile on someone else’s behalf is not allowed.

You are responsible for the details you enter, including company data and reference projects.

You may only describe your own experience, of something that happened. One account reviews one professional once.

A submitted review is public and you cannot edit or delete it afterwards.

By publishing it you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the service.

We remove content in line with our moderation rules, and we reserve the right to decide.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that published reviews are accurate or complete.

We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes inside the service.
